3 rings
Three technically suitable rings cleaned, refinished and polished together. Maximum width per ring: 8 mm; complex stone settings and unusual geometries should be assessed first.

Scratches, dull areas and normal wear can visibly reduce the appearance of jewelry. Six clearly defined atelier sets are available for direct booking for small, common pieces made from bare gold, silver or stainless steel. Individual pieces, oversized items, coated surfaces and special cases are assessed separately.
Important: The atelier sets include assessment, cleaning, refinishing and polishing only. Gold plating, recoating or any other coating is not included in the set price.

The sets bundle small, technically suitable standard pieces in one workshop run. This makes assessment, preparation, cleaning and final inspection more efficient. The set advantage applies only to manageable geometry and easily accessible surfaces – not to large or heavily undercut statement pieces.
Set prices apply only to small, common standard pieces with easily accessible surfaces. The maximum dimensions are deliberately based on typical everyday sizes and are a hard upper limit – but they do not automatically guarantee that a piece qualifies for a set.
Not eligible as a set: large statement pieces, massive pendants or bangles, very wide or heavy links, strongly textured surfaces, deep recesses or undercuts, hard-to-reach gaps, complex settings or unusual geometries.
These pieces are always assessed individually from photos and quoted separately before work begins.
The atelier sets are intended only for technically suitable, uncoated or bare jewelry made from gold, silver or stainless steel. Gold-plated, PVD-coated, lacquered, rhodium-plated or otherwise coated surfaces are not standard cases for these sets.
Polishing means controlled material removal. Depending on condition, an existing coating can be partially or completely reduced or removed. If a gold-colored surface is desired afterwards, replating is generally required. This is not included in the polishing price.
If an existing coating or additional work becomes apparent only during incoming inspection, we contact you before any further work and can provide a separate quote for replating or additional refinishing. No extra work is carried out without your approval.

Three technically suitable rings cleaned, refinished and polished together. Maximum width per ring: 8 mm; complex stone settings and unusual geometries should be assessed first.

Two bracelets with technically accessible surfaces and normal wear. Maximum per bracelet: 21 cm length and 6 mm width.

One technically suitable chain up to 45 cm long and 4 mm wide, including one pendant up to 25 mm edge length or diameter.

Three different jewelry pieces professionally refreshed together for customers sending more than one jewelry type.

For a small collection of compact, common jewelry. Rings up to 8 mm, small pendants up to 25 mm and earrings up to 20 mm count as one position; chains up to 45 cm × 4 mm and bracelets up to 21 cm × 6 mm count as two positions because of the higher link and surface workload. Large statement pieces are excluded.

For larger collections with several small, simple jewelry pieces. The same hard maximum dimensions as Collection 5 apply. Massive, large-surface or heavily undercut pieces are excluded.
Per ring. Larger, very massive or complex-set rings should be assessed by photo first.
Per bracelet. Wider links, massive clasps or complex gaps are quoted individually.
Total length and maximum typical chain width or thickness.
Maximum edge length or diameter. Larger or strongly textured pendants should be submitted for assessment.
For small studs and small hoops. Larger hoops, long drops and statement earrings are quoted separately.
Set prices apply only to small, technically suitable standard cases within the stated maximum dimensions and with easily accessible geometry. Deep recesses, undercuts, hard-to-reach gaps, large surfaces, massive components, deep damage, problematic coatings, delicate settings, severe corrosion or higher workload take the piece outside the set calculation.
You receive a separate quote first. Additional work is carried out only after your explicit approval. No unplanned extra work is performed without approval.
Material, surface and obvious risks are checked before work begins.
Residues and contamination are prepared and removed in a way appropriate to the material.
The surface is refinished appropriately for the material while avoiding unnecessary material removal.
Result, surface and scope are checked again before return shipping.
Material removal should remain as low as reasonably possible. Shape, edges, engravings, settings and existing surfaces must be respected.
Uncoated or bare jewelry made from gold, silver or stainless steel with normal wear and technically accessible surfaces.
Gold-plated, PVD-coated, lacquered, rhodium-plated or otherwise coated surfaces must be assessed first.
Polishing can partially or completely remove an existing coating. If a gold-colored surface is desired afterwards, replating is generally necessary.
Watch refinishing, watch restoration, complex geometries, deep damage and unusual work are assessed and quoted separately.
If your order fits one of the six atelier sets, stays within the stated maximum dimensions and uses a small, common standard geometry, you can book the set directly. If the material is unclear, a coating is present, the piece is oversized or the geometry is unusual, send photos first.

The atelier sets start at €119. Individual pieces, oversized items and different combinations are assessed by photo and quoted according to the actual work required.
3 rings for €119, 2 bracelets for €129, chain + pendant for €129, ring + bracelet + pendant for €149, Collection 5 for €179 and Collection 8 for €249. All set prices apply to technically suitable standard cases within the stated maximum dimensions.
Not necessarily. Deep marks are treated only as far as material, shape, engravings and settings reasonably allow.
No. The atelier sets include assessment, cleaning, refinishing, polishing and final inspection only. Gold plating, PVD coating, rhodium plating, lacquer or other recoating is not included in the set price.
Not as a standard case. Polishing removes material and can partially or completely remove existing gold, PVD, rhodium, lacquer or other coatings. If a gold-colored surface is required afterwards, replating is generally necessary. We contact you and provide a separate quote before any additional work.
Hard upper limits are: rings up to 8 mm wide, bracelets up to 21 cm × 6 mm, chains up to 45 cm × 4 mm, pendants up to 25 mm and small earrings up to 20 mm. Even within these limits, statement designs, massive constructions or deep recesses can fall outside the set calculation.
No. The sets are for small, common jewelry pieces with manageable geometry only. Large or massive pieces, strongly textured surfaces, deep recesses, undercuts, hard-to-reach gaps or unusual settings are always assessed separately.
We do not simply continue and add charges. If a piece exceeds the maximum dimensions or additional work appears after arrival, you receive a separate quote before further work. Additional work requires your explicit approval.
Standard production is usually 12–14 business days from arrival. You select return shipping at checkout.
