We assess the material, condition, surface and intended use. You then receive a quote with the quality levels and gold tones suitable for your piece.

Tell us which quality level and offered gold tone you prefer. We then send you your personal order link.
Up to this point, your piece stays with you.You decide only after receiving the complete quote.

Complete the order online
Complete your individual order.
Using your order link, choose the available processing option and follow the shipping information provided for your order. Return shipping is insured and includes tracking.

Confirmation & shipment
Receive your order sheet and shipping information.
After checkout, you receive confirmation and all information required for shipment. You can add additional notes on the order sheet. Depending on the selected option, you send the parcel to us or use an arranged collection.

Gold plating & return shipping
Your piece is finished and inspected.
Once received, your piece undergoes the agreed preparation and gold plating. The finished result is inspected before it is returned using your selected shipping option.

You do not need an elaborate photo set for the first assessment. One clear image with a size reference often makes the proportions easy to understand.
