Payment methods and order process

Our goal is to offer you a smooth process and the greatest possible flexibility when paying and processing your orders. Below you will find an overview of common payment methods and the respective order processes.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on pickup

• Direct bank transfer

• PayPal (including credit card, direct debit, invoice if applicable)

• Purchase on account/Klarna

If you have submitted a manual request, you will receive an individual payment link after accepting our offer.

Order process depending on the payment method

1. Direct bank transfer

• Please transfer the amount directly to our bank account. Please include the order number in the payment reference.

• Send your jewelry well packaged and insured in one parcel to:

(Please do not use mailing bags or envelopes.)

• Once we receive your package, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

• As soon as the payment has been received, we begin the gilding process.

• The jewelry will be returned to you within 12-16 business days of receipt.

2. PayPal

• Pay conveniently with PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can also pay with your credit card.

• Send your jewelry well packaged and insured in one parcel to:

(Please do not use mailing bags or envelopes.)

• Once we receive your package, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

• After receipt of payment we begin the gilding process.

• Your gold-plated jewelry will be returned to you within 12-16 business days.

3. Payment on site

• After placing your order, please contact us by phone or email to arrange an appointment to hand over your jewelry.

• Payment is made in advance or upon delivery via:

• Cash payment

• credit card

• PayPal

• Purchase on account/Klarna

• After we receive your jewelry, it will be gold-plated within 12-16 business days.

• You can pick up your gold-plated jewelry personally from us by appointment.

4. Purchase on account/Klarna

• Send your jewelry well packaged and insured in one parcel to:

(Please do not use mailing bags or envelopes.)

• Once we receive your jewelry, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

• Your gold-plated jewelry will be returned to you within 12-16 business days, along with our invoice.

Payment and shipping

Shipping costs (including VAT):

Shipping costs are specified during the order process and are based on the shipping method and destination.

Delivery times:

• Domestic: Delivery within 12-16 business days after receipt of the jewelry in our workshop (with advance payment from the payment order).

• Abroad: Delivery within 12-16 working days after receipt of the jewelry in our workshop (with advance payment from the payment order).

• No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different processing times, they will be shipped together according to the longest processing time.

Self-collection:

If you pick up your gold-plated jewelry yourself, we will notify you by email as soon as it's ready for collection. In this case, there are no shipping costs.

Important information about packaging

• Pack securely: Use sturdy boxes. Please do not use mailing bags or envelopes to avoid damage.

• Insured shipping: Always ship your jewelry with sufficient insurance to ensure you are protected in the event of damage.
